This website will give the beginner student some of the tools needed to start learning the in's and out's of the banjo, a fun fast paced instrument. Ron Grapes designed this site for his students to use at home to reinforce their weekly lessons being taught at Will West Music in Jefferson City, Missouri. For more than 5 years he has instructed beginner to intermediate students in learning to play the banjo and mandolin. The songs here are arranged for beginning students with tablature written to accommodate their level of skill. Most of the Tabs are written using TABLEDIT, and all MIDI files will play in movie player or a Quicktime window.
